ADD-ONS & EXTRAS
• Each additional hour beyond the pre-booked rental time: €100
• Additional person (flat rate): €10
• Paper backdrop rental: €20/m (min. 2m)
• Additional Broncolor flash unit: €40
• Cyclorama repainting (fresh white coat): €100
• Excessive mess or cyclorama damage from: €80
• Extra heating requests or special setups may be charged additionally
• Custom set building, lighting technician, studio assistant, other equipment rentals & services: on request
All prices are exclusive of 19% VAT.
Rental rules
- The studio rental fee is based on the current price list.
- The rental period begins promptly at the agreed time. Late arrivals will not be compensated. Any exceeding of the rental period will be charged as a full additional hour according to the price list. A contractual penalty of 15% may also be levied for non-compliance with the rental conditions.
- Free cancellation is possible up to 5 calendar days before the rental date. After that, the prepayment is non-refundable.
- A booking is only considered confirmed once the prepayment has been received.
- A maximum of 7 people (including crew and models) are allowed in the studio unless otherwise agreed in advance. Violations may result in additional fees or refusal of rental.
- The studio operator reserves the right to enter the studio during the rental period.
- Access to the studio is permitted no earlier than 10 minutes before the rental period begins. The studio must be vacated by the end of the booked time.
